2012 CrossFit Games Open WOD #1
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
Burpees
This workout begins from the standing position. The Athlete will move from flat on the ground to touching an object with both hands that is 6 inches above their max reach. Score is total reps completed.
* This is the only WOD that will take place today. No Strength portion beforehand. However, as long as you do not impede the Open WOD's flow, you can work on other CF skills after you perform the WOD. (read as: you are not expected to come in for only 7mins and then leaving, you can stay as long as you want).
* Be at the box for the WOD. Be at the box to cheer your friends. BE THERE!
* Lack of registration will NOT impede you from participating in the scheduled WOD, so make sure to come in as you always would.
